Work includes: demolish wood joists and ceilings, repair structural concrete roof decks, remove existing built-up roofs and replace with new roof tops; and provide and install two new prefabricated freezer/cooler units. Asbestos/lead have been identified in this project. Period of performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date of 9 Feb 98 and bid opening date of 10 Mar 98 are tentative. The applicable SIC code and size standard for this acquisition are 1541/$17M. The estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is unrestricted.
