Provide labor, materials, and equipment to install a new 2500 KVA substation at USCG Integrated Support Command, Honolulu, Hawaii. Work includes demolition of the existing 1500 KVA substation, installation of a new 2500 KVA substation, medium voltage (15 KV) work, low voltage work, programmable relays and instruments, and protective coordination study for the new substation. All work shall be completed within 360 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). The construction range is between $250,000 to $500,000. Only faxed or written requests for bid packages are acceptable.
