This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns only. The solicitation will include a performance specification for the Modular Power Unit. The Modular Power Unit shall be lifted and stowed on the deck of the T-ACS 4 ship, and shall interface with and assemble existing ELCAS (M) barge ferries.
