The contractor will be required to provide support to the NOPP by performing liasoning functions with the National research fleet. CORE is the current provider of administrative management support services to the NOPP Office, which services were awarded on a competetive basis. CORE is the only known contractor with the unique experience required in the areas of oceanographic research and education. The period of performance will be one (1) year. See Note 22. (0024) (0020)
