The U.S. Information Agency intends to procure services of an independent senior consultant to provide expert advice on survey design and development, survey methodology, and sampling techniques. The provider will be responsible for data collection of survey questionnaires and analyzing responses to a wide variety of survey questionnaires, including data analysis. The provider will draft and finalize an evaluation report based on survey results, including an Executive Summary, to assist in policy formulation.
