PROSTATE SPEC AG, SEDIMENTATION RATE, CREATININE SERUM, ELECTROLYTE, BUN, PT & PTT, URINALYSIS COMPLETE, URINE CULTURE COMPREHENSIVE, VALPROCID ACID SERUM, ANTI-H PYLORI IGG, OCCULT BLOOD STOOL, AMITRIPTYLINE, GLUCOSE PLASMA, CREATININE CLEARANCE, BASIC CHEMISTRY GROUP, NORTRIPTYLINE SERUM, TSN (HIGH SENSITIVITY). The BOP anticipates the contract having a single twelve month base year and four (4) twelve month option periods. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside.
