R -- A&E SERVICES, INDEFINITE DELIVERY SOL RFP R6-12-98-601 DUE 031698 POC Contact, Administrative Services, 541/750-7118 This project is for Indefinite Delivery, Multi-Disciplinary work to be performed for U.S. Forest Service, Siuslaw National Forest, Corvallis, OR 97330. Various delivery orders (projects) require multiple discipline design efforts of architectural and interior design, electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, sanitary and/or environmental design engineers, acoustical and lighting consultants. The indefinite delivery contract will have a maximum monetary limit of S200,000 against which individual orders may be placed up to S50,000. The contract starting date will be approximately 04/01/98 and continue through 03/31/99. At the option of the Government, the contract may be renewed for three (3) additional one year periods. Work may include: (a) Design of small water systems for campgrounds and Ranger Stations; (b) Perform sanitary surveys for water systems; (c) Design additions to existing structures/ offices, warehouses, etc.; (d) Perform feasibility studies for major construction proposals; (e) Design for installation of computer and other specialized equipment; (f) Review design of various projects designed by Forest Service Engineers to determine compliance with local codes and standard engineering practices. Qualified firms desiring consideration shall submit one copy of SF-254 and SF-255 for Principal A&E and SF-254's for all Consultants. See Note 24. (0019)
