Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, material, tools, and transportation to provide microfiche services for the Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Data Processing (DDPS), Headquarter West (HQW), 5300 Homestead Road NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico. DDPS shall submit to the contractor computer tapes/cartridges that have been reproduced in print image format by any cartridges general purposes ADP computer system (i.e., IBM, CDC, UNIVAC, VAX, AMDAHL, etc.). The contractor shall furnish all necessary data system programs, technical support, and user training to ensure compatibility of Government-furnished computer tapes or cartridges with the contractor's film recorder, at no additional charge to the Government. The contractor shall also furnish local support to ensure a minimum of four (4) hours pickup after notification and must be able to provide twenty-four (24) hours turnaround delivery. Period of performance is April 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998 with two (1) year option periods. Telephonic requests will be honored if received ten days prior to bid opening date.
