PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work includes but is not limited to: removing roofing, siding, and certain structural member/connection and constructing new as shown on the drawings. Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 -- $5,000,000.00. Performance period is 365 calendar days with 120 days on site from issuance of NTP.
