The work includes, but is not limited to furnishing all plant labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation and services necessary to replace build-up roofing with standing seam metal roofing at Bldg. 52 -- NDI Lab. The work includes the removal of existing roof top HVAC, repair of metal decking at areas where existing HVAC units are to be removed, removal and disposal of existing gravel roof surfacing and metal roof flashing, installation of new steep-sloped structural steel framing system over existing built-up roof areas, installation of new pre-finished metal structural standing seam roof panels, fascia and soffit system, installation of new HVAC equipment on the ground, provide new attic smoke detection system removal of existing and installation of new standing seam roof panels above bay doors, etc. All other construction as it appears in the construction documents shall also be included in this project.
