Meter Camera Bearing "RMI Meter" SOL N00421-98-Q-1043 DUE 022098 POC Jennifer Trossbach, Contract Specialist, (301)757-9074 The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, intends to procure 10 Meter Cameras bearing "RMI Meter" (Aeronautical Instrument and Radio, Part Number 61000) for the Pioneer Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) Program which currently supports the Navy and Marine Corps by providing logistic support to the fleet users. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis with Aeronautical Instrument and Radio, 234 Garihaldi Avenue, Lodi, NJ 07644. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. Aeronautical Instrument and Radio is the original equipment manufacturer of the Meter Camera bearing "RMI Meter," and owns the proprietary data rights to these meters.
