The EPA intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to the Doane Marketing Research, Inc. For each year, the contractor will provide the EPA with the following: Two (2) sets of Pesticide PROFILE Binders/ hard copy tables run for the U.S., Complete historical PROFILE database loaded on a hard drive; one year maintenance on all PROFILE software and hardware, one day, on-site PROFILE training seminar which includes PROFILE Users Manuals; Quick Reference Cards; PROFILE Table Format Planners, and hands on table requestor training, 100 hours of PROFILE Assistance at 800-753-6263 with client service people available to answer any PROFILE Study related questions. Any concerns having the ability to furnish the required product is requested to demonstrate in writing its capabilities to the procurement office listed in this notice. A point of contact and telephone number should be provided. This is not a formal solicitation. HOWEVER, concerns that respond should furnish detailed data concerning capabilities and may request to receive a copy of the solicitation if and when one becomes available.
