The proposed purchase order shall be for a period of one year. AWARD OF A PURCHASE ORDER RESULTING FROM THIS SOLICITATION IS RESTRICTED UNDER THE PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE ACT, TITLE VII, SECTION 766 AND 767 AS AMENDED BY P.L. 102-408 WHICH LIMITS AWARDS TO SCHOOLS OF ALLIED HEALTH. The purpose of the procurement is to design a survey instrument using a Delphi approach, to pilot test it making any necessary adjustments, to analyze the results of the survey administered by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), and to report the findings.
