Mileage is based on using the main vehicular routes travelled one way to the facility's main entrance. The minimum size of each room is 300 square feet. Services are for the period 01 April 1998 through 30 June 1998 with an option provision for an additional three (3) months period. A requirements type contract is anticipated.
