The project includes demolition of some concrete unit masonary wall which requires some lead removal. Also included in this project is construction of concrete steps and slab, concrete unit masonry, steel door and frame, painting, HVAC system, sprinkler system, modular office, and communication system. Work shall be done at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The performance period will be 90 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
