Y -- NATO: CONSTRUCTION OF COLLOCATED CLUB AT AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY SOL N33191-98-C-1310 DUE 021898 POC Alexis Kemper (202-482-1512) The United States Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Engineering Field Activity Mediterranean, invites bids for a NATO project to construct a Collocated Club at Aviano Air Base, Italy. The work includes construction of a one story Collocated Club building complete and ready for use; which is to include concrete foundations and structural frames, concrete and masonary walls, clay tile roofing, interior finishes including carpet, ceramic tile, plaster, suspended acoustical ceilings, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, lighting, power, fire alarm system, sprinkler system, fire detection, communications, kitchen equipment, windows and doors, paving, sidewalks, landscaping, grading, exterior utilities, site improvements and incidental related work. Portions of work indicated above may be included in the contract as options in the Cahier de Charges. Estimated cost of construction is between US $4,000,000 to US $8,000,000.
