Edmondson III, (919)736-5504 ext 256 This solicitation will be issued on an unrestrictive basis in accordance with DOD FAR CLAUSE 252.219-7008. Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large business concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Remove existing ceramic tile, walls and floors, plaster walls, plaster ceilings, lighting, exhaust fan, toilet accessories, plumbing fixtures, doors and frames. Selected demolition of concrete floor slab is required at indicated locations. Install new wood framing, thermal insulation, sound attenuation blankets, gypsum wall board, moisture resistant gypsum wall board, tile backer board, ceramic tile walls and floors, plumbing fixtures, lighting, heat/light/vent units, toilet accessories and doors and frames in bathrooms in housing units as indicated on the drawings at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC 27531. Solicitation will be available on or about 9 Feb 98. The performance period is aproximately 111 calendar days per unit.
