Competition for this requirement is restricted to 8(a) firms in the Kansas City Regional territory (Region 7). This requirement is for a Base Period of six (6) months with a possible four (4) one-year Option Periods and one (1) six-month Option Period, for a possible total of five (5) years.The annual range of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A Cost Plus Award Fee type contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. This Project consist of providing all services, materials, supplies, components, parts, facilities, plant, administration, supervision, labor and equipment to operate, maintain, repair, alter, replace and construct exterior electrical and lighting systems and appurtenances at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and the Lake of the Ozarks Army Recreation Area (LORA), Camden County, Missouri in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of the resulting contract.
