The unit shall be completely assembled and ready for operation when delivered. This unit shall be used for soil sampling, foundation testing, monitoring well installation and subsurface exploration work. The objective of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to obtain qualified firms to provide a quality commercial vehicle that will meet the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Proposals will be solicited under RFP Number FCAH-B2-63017-N. The solicitation is expected to issue during the month of March,1998. All reponsible sources will be considered.
