This is a Market Survey to gauge interest in a potential sale by the Government of FUEL OIL, RECLAIMED (NSN 9140-01-068-6903, MIL-F-24951B (SA). The product is in storage at Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound, Manchester, WA. Purchaser will remove product from storage tanks. The storage tanks are accessable by barge (Draft is 44 feet at lowest). We are contemplating a contract period of at least one (1) year. As the tanks are emptied new product will be added, and purchaser will continue to withdraw product. Presently approximately 700,000 US gallons are in storage at this location; thus this is the MINIMUM we are offering for sale. Sales contract would include Economic Price Adjustment Provisions.
