The contractor shall provide veterans with accessible, network-based home health aide and homemakers services in the Tucson VA Medical Center fee basis jurisdiction counties (La Paz, Yuma, Pima, Pinal, Graham, Cochise, Greenlee, and Santa Cruz) of Arizona. This does not include VA psychiatric patients presently being serviced by other agencies. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and management necessary to carry out comprehensive network-based home health aide and homemaker care services. There will be no set minimum number of hours for a visit. Seven days a week coverage is required.
