HUD requires multifamily construction inspection services for all geographic areas within North Carolina. The contractor will participate in pre-construction conferences and related meetings, make periodic inspections, and approve progress payments for multifamily housing projects being constructed under the National Housing and the National Affordable Housing Acts. For purposes of this procurement, the State is subdivided into 10 geographic areas. HUD contemplates one or more indefinite delivery, requirements contracts as a result of this solicitation. The Contractor shall provide all required services to include labor, material, and transportation at a fixed price per inspection/visit. See Numbered Note: 1; this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
