The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis from qualified organizations to provide appropriate initial and recurrent ground school, cockpit procedures trainer, level "C" simulator and flight training to airline transport pilot standards for a type rating for 4 FAA inspectors in the Cessna 750 (Citation X) aircraft.
