This project consists of approximately 39.5 kilometers of intermittent flood repair consisting of riprap, base, paving, and striping at multiple sites. Project includes: construction survey staking; construction scheduling; contractor sampling & testing; 8,000 metric ton asphalt concrete; 15,500 metric ton roadway aggregate; 8 meter 900 mm pipe culvert; 10 meter remove, clean, and relay culvert; 200 meter silt fence; 500 square meter earthwork geotextile; 16 meter guardrail; 500 cubic meter class 5 placed riprap; 3,400 cubic meter removal of base aggregate; 90 each removal of sign; 1,000 hr flagger; 500 hr pilot car; 39,200 meter pavement markings; 20 slurry units turf establishment; and other smaller items of work. This project is located approximately 109 kilometers northeast of Baker City, Oregon. Work shall be completed by 07/31/98. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
