Bethers, LTC NVARNG (702) 887-7205 Provide all plant, lobor, equipment, materials, services, tools, transportation, supplies and incidentals for the preparation of the site and perform all work necessary for the construction of an approximately 14,200 square foot facility for Nevada Air National Guard. The facility will be constructed at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The facility will consists of both administrative and industrial areas. The work includes but not limited to: Demo and relocation of an existing LOX (Liquid Oxygen) facility, construction of a single story structure with concrete foundation and floor slabs, parachute drying tower, masonry exterior and interior walls, standing seam metal roof over steel trusses, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical lighting and power, public address, fire detection, and special equipment. Special equipment to include the installation of a hoist/bridge crane. Exterior work to include site work, excavation, concrete, aspalt paving, sewer, water, underground electrical, gas, and communications. This construction dollar range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000, 000.00 under SIC Code 1541. The related small business size standard is $17.0 Million. Firm Fixed Price Contract All work must be completed within 300 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Plans and Specifications should be available about February 1, 1998. Limited sets of documents will be made available, on a "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE" basis until supply is exhausted. Bid opening will be at 3:00 p.m. on March 19, 1998. Bid documents can be obtained by written request, accompanied by a non-refundable check, in the amount of $100.00 made payable to U.S. Treasury, USPFO for Nevada, Contracting Office, 2601 S.
