Science Applications International Corporation, Frederick (SAIC, Frederick), the Operations and Technical Support for the National Cancer Institute -- Frederick Cancer Research and Development Center (NCI-FCRDC), proposes to issue a draft solicitation package to obtain industry comments for the establishment of a Delivery Order Contract (DOC) for construction projects for small and medium sized alteration, repair, and modernization projects on the NCI-FCRDC campus at Frederick, Maryland. The contract type will be fixed price indefinite quantity. The proposed contract will have a base period of one year, with four one-year options. The anticipated maximum dollar value for the first year and each of the option years in $2,000,000.00. the guaranteed minimum dollar amount for the base year is $100,000.00. The maximum individual order limitation will be $750,000.00 and minimum individual dollar limitation will be $2,500.00. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, toolsand equipment for complete and total performance of the executed orders against the contract. The draft solicitation will be issued February 6, 1998 with comments due in to our office by close of business February 20, 1998. The formal solicitation will be issued March 1, 1998 with proposals due April 1, 1998.
