The procedure is unrestricted. The work consists of all necessary site work and repairs to replace the Building 1171 first floor office windows at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI. The facility is a three-story brick building with approximately 80 windows per floor. The quote will be issued 6 February 1998. The quote will be opened on 6 March 1998.
