Miscellaneous internal structural renovations (non-drydock) for the Living Barge YR-77 to be performed at the contractor's plant on the Island of Oahu during the period 4 May through 4 December 1998. Contractors must have (or be able to execute) a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with Naval Sea Systems Command, U.S. Navy. All responsible MSRA/ABR sources with contractor plant facilities with pier space on the Island of Oahu may submit proposal offer which will be considered by the agency.
