Bldg will have the following dimensions: Width 40',Length 100', Height 12',bay spacing 20' 1)Preengineered metal bldg Cat Data2)Shop drawings for preengineered metal bldg.3)Template for anchor bolts. 4) Design data for bldg including foundationloads, anchor bolts, perlins and gifts and bracing design calculations for the entire bldg,stamped by a professional engineer.Warranties: Provide warranty for weathertightness and warranty for panel finish for a period of 20 years preformed wall and roof panels: Minimum 26 guage galvalume substrate w/integral fasteners and 70% kynar 500 standard color finish to match NAS Oceana Intruder white(butler cote stone white or American Bldgs light stone)Provide matching gutters downspouts,hangars,straps,gable and eave trim and rake flashings. Provide closure strips premolded to match config of covering.Provide all connectors and sealants necessary for weathertightness. Provide vinyl faced blanket type fiberglass wall and roof insulation.Thickness shall be R-11 for the walls and 4-19for the roof. esterior Doors,frames and hardware:Personnel doors:3'0" X 7'0" x 1-3/4",insulated 16 guage flushhollow metal doors and frames.
