Provide integrated logistics support to fulfill equipment, material and supplies requirements submitted by the RTS Contractor on the Eastern Test Range. This includes commodities within Federal Class Code 2500 through 9999. Requisitions indicating the requirement is for Down Range Station will be required to be properly packaged for air or marine shipment depending on priority. Requirements for mainland delivery will be delivered directly to the requester based on delivery destination code. These codes are multiple with an estimated eighty (80) delivery destinations within a 100 mile radius of PAFB. Signature authorization will be required on all billing invoices. Bill of Material requirements are to be delivered inclusive unless items on hand are progressed by the requester. Required delivery dates will be provided on each requirement including an AWD (charge number) which must be on all documentation. Interim status will be provided to requester when item cannot meet the required due date. Emergency launch critical items will require special handling to meet very short delivery time frame. Specific details will be provided upon issuance of RFP. Equipment, materials and supplies required are estimated to be $10 Million per year. (0023)
