The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract to Washington Consulting Services & Technologies (WCS&T), to complete custom COHO data development (occupational cluster development). This service will be a firm-fixed price type contract with a base year and four option years. All responses must be made in writing and received in this office within fifteen (15) calendar days after initial publication of this notice. Written responses must include technical information that would demonstrate a vendors' bonafide ability to meet the specific requirements and must be certified Data Base Administrators within a COHO licensed organization. If no responses are received to the effect that this service is available from an alternate source, a contract will be awarded to WCS&T.
