http:cbdnet.access.gpo.gov. Maintenance and Repair of Air Conditioning
Equipment at Buildings 77 and 87, Ford Island, Oahu, Hawaii. The work
includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, equipment,
transportation, materials, tools, supplies, and supervision required to
perform the inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, and component
replacement as necessary to maintain the air conditioning equipment and
systems in a safe and continuous operating condition. Air conditioning
equipment includes centrifugal chillers, chilled and condenser water
pumps, air handling units, air compressors, driers, reheat coils, fan
coil units, and all associated wiring, motors, starters, branch circuit
breakers, safety switches, valves, piping and pneumatic and
electrical/electronic controls. Performance of work under this contract
is restricted to U.S. citizens and U.S. Nationals. SIC Code 7623
applies. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four
option years. The total term of the contract, including all options,
will not exceed 60 months. If the Government does not award a follow-on
contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue
performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option
to Extend Services clause. In either case, the Government will not
synopsize the options when exercised. This contract will replace a
contract for similar services awarded in 1993 for $78,744.10 (firm
fixed-price) and $47,225.00 estimated (indefinite quantity) per year.

incumbent contractor (e.g., value of last option exercised, firm name,
address, etc.) with the solicitation package. We do not require
requests under the Freedom of Information Act for this information.
