Solicitation N00024-98-R-5218 will be issued to Boeing North American, Inc. (BNA), Guidance Navigation and Sensors Division, 3370 Miraloma Avenue, P.O. Box 3105, Anaheim, CA 92803-3105. BNA is the original system designer and developer of the AN/USQ-82(V) FODMS. BNA is the only company which possesses the requisite knowledge and experience to perform the required FODMS Design Agent Engineering Services. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
