DRAFT SOLICITATION: ENERGY SAVINGS PERFORMANCE CONTRACT, MILITARY DISTRICT OF WASHINGTON DFSC-AF has released a draft of Solicitation SP0600-98-R-0001 for the procurement of energy conservation services at the Military District of Washington (MDW), comprised of the following five U.S. Army installations: Fort Belvoir, Fort A.P. Hill, Fort Lesley J. McNair, Fort Myer, and Fort George G. Meade. The successful contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, material, and capital to plan, design, repair, install, operate, and maintain energy and water conservation projects during the contract term. The scope of the contract includes all facilities at MDW, with the exception of those identified in each installation's technical data package that will be available for purchase upon formal issuance of the solicitation.
