Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material necessary or required to replace the air condition, Facilities 10827 and 10832-10836 including all other removals and miscellaneous work as set forth in Project Numbers 960701 through 960705, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Miscellaneous work includes (but not limited to) roofing, reflected ceilings, replacement of doors and windows, masonry repairs, ceramic tile floor and wall finishes, resilient flooring, plumbing fixtures and trim, and painting. There are 30 pages of the solicitation, 425 pages of specifications and 59 drawings. 5. One hard copy of the solicitation will be available for review in Building 260, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. 6. A registration page will be attached to the web site. You are not required to register. However, when you register, you will receive notice of any amendments and/or addendum's that may be issued to the solicitation. If you have not registered, it will be your responsibility to check the web site for any changes to the solicitation. 7. You shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 at the time and place specified in the solicitation for bid opening. Bids will be publicly opened. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be marked to show the bidder's name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time bids are due. 8. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors. Bids propared by Debarred, Suspended or otherwise ineligible contractors are at the risk and expense of the contractor. "Mr. Stephen J. Plaisted has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
