Place of subcontract performance is Ascension Auxilliary Air Field, Ascension Island, South Atlantic Ocean. Description of Work: Renovate commercial kitchen on remote island. Work includes, but is not limited to: Provide all materials, labor and equipment to complete the scope of work. Subcontractor shall be responsible for all items necessary for a complete and operational installation, unless specifically noted otherwise. Renovation includes interior finishes, constructing partition walls, removing and replacing lights, removing and installing a drop ceiling, installing an A/C system, installing an updated fire detection system, removing and installing vent hoods with integral fire suppression, reworking water and waste systems, and constructing a small mechanical room. Request for solicitation package shall be made via fax at 407-783-5942. Deadline for requesting solicitation package is 6 February 1998.
