Higginbotham (205) 235-7323 (Site Code DAAC01) The work to be done consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof for the repairs to and reroofing of the upper sections of Building 360 in the Nichols Industrial Complex located in the West Area at Anniston Army Depot. In general, the work consists of the following as described on the contract drawings and statement of work. The work consists of complete removal of all asbestos containing materials (ACM). The location of these items are identified on the contract drawings. Installation of a fully adhered EPDM roof over 1-1/2" thick isocyanurate foam insulation. Removal of existing built-up roofing and installation of new EPDM roofing and isocyanurate insulation on loading dock canopies and office addition. Installation of new gutters, downspouts, and flashing. Estimated magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. One Job. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
