This is a notice of intent to negotiate with ST Research,8419 Terminal Road, Newington, VA 22122-4130 on an other than full and open competitive basis to contract for upgrade modification and retesting of 2 each high power antennas 8.2-12.4 GHZ brand name ST Research. The government intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with ST Research for they are the original manufacturer of the Antenna and own the proprietary rights to the high power dual polarized antennas. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Bldg. 665, 47179 Vaughn Road, Patuxent River, MD 20670-1614 within 130 days after contract award. The REQUEST for Quote will be issued on 2/11/98 and a closing date will be established at that time.
