Simpson, Contracting Officer, 703/441-3088 (Voice), 703/441-3070 (Fax) A/E firm to provide professional services for Phase 3 Cemetery Expansion and Site Improvements at Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, Virginia (Project No. 872CM3019). At this time the A/E services are for schematic and design development only; the project may include complete bid documents, plans and specifications, full construction period services and site visits. A Scope of Work will be available at the time of A/E selection. Designed project will consist of sensitive development of in-ground burials, roadways, landscaping, and signage. The project will also include minor expansion of the administration building, correction of granite coping, at entry, and landscaping existing burial areas. Construction cost estimate is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Interested firms desiring consideration are encouraged to submit Standard Forms 254 and 255, as well as up to ten examples of past projects of this type, to the issuing office by 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, February 27, 1998.
