Work consists of major repairs and modifications to an 85 foot, 1700 hp river towboat and 150 foot, 200 ton crane barge, including; new side coolers and major hull modifications for the towboat; spuds and spud wells for the barge; painting; cleaning; hull repairs; and tank maintenance. Work must be performed and completed in a single period or periods during May, June and July 1998 or after August 1998. The drydock location must be on western rivers inside an area bordered by and including St. Louis, Missouri (North); Houma, Louisiana (South); Memphis, Tennessee (East); and Catoosa, Oklahoma (West).
