3RD ANNUAL JOINT SERVICE POLLUTION PREVENTION CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION (CALL FOR PAPERS) The National Defense Industrial Association in cooperation with the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence, Brooks AFB, Texas will conduct the 3rd Annual Joint Service Pollution Prevention Conference and Exhibition on August 24-28, 1998 in the Convention Center, San Antonio, Texas. The conference hosts are issuing this notice for a "Call for Papers" for the technical sessions from government, industry and academia organizations. The 1998 conference theme "Achieving Compliance Through Pollution Prevention" relates to the interaction between the Department of Defense and Industry to find and implement the most efficient and cost effective means of leveraging limited resources to achieve a mutually effective environmental leadership role on pollution prevention.
