Korenchen, 216-902-6222 Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to inspect existing ice sheeting and concrete foundation including underwater portions; fabricate and install ice sheeting; install missing upper portion of ice sheeting; remove five pieces of damaged existing ice sheeting on the south side of the foundation; and, cut any existing anchoring hardware in the way of the new installation. Unit items will be for repairs to the concrete foundation and installation of anchor bolts on existing upper ice sheeting. Work to be performed on Ashland Harbor Light which is located offshore on Lake Superior next to Ashland, Wisconsin.
