The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for engineering, scientific, and technical services to support the research, development, test and evaluation of advanced concept and prototype space vehicles and their payloads. Anticipated efforts include proof-of-concept and quick reaction advanced technology demonstrations. Period of Performance will be one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. SECRET clearances will be required prior to award. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Code is 8711. Numbered note 26 applies.
