CARNEY (Site Code W31XNJ) The US Army Corps of Engineers is supporting the Army Environmental Policy Institute (AEPI) to procure specific services to conduct environmental studies, analyses and evaluations in the formulation of proactive policies and strategies to address environmental issues for the Department of the Army to include, but not limited to, (1) Environmental Conservation Policy Analysis and Strategy Development; (2) Environmental Compliance Policy Analysis and Development (3) Environmental Restoration Policy Analysis and Technology Assessment; (4) Environmental Pollution Prevention Policy Analyses and Strategy Development; (5) Environmental Trends, Emerging Technologies and Forecasting; and (6) Environmental Legislation. Services to be provided will be accomplished under an indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) up to a maximum of $1,800,000.00 per year with a maximum per firm fixed price delivery orders of $500,000.00. Delivery orders may be issued during a period of one year with the same terms and conditions of theIDC. The IDC will include 2 option years under the same terms and conditions of the original contract. Multiple awards will be made under this solicitation. Request for Proposal No. DACA01-98-R-0027 will be issued on or about 17 February 1998 with the closing date of 05 April 1998. Submissions shall be in accordance with the Request for Proposal.
