Norris, (619)553-4331. SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego is the lead laboratory in the area of Navigation Warfare. Navigation Warfare includes programs such as Global Positioning System (GPS) Interferer Location System (LOCO GPSI), GPS Aided Mission Enhancement (GAME) and Survey of Electrical Attacks to Satellite Timing and Ranging (SEASTAR). The intent of this effort is to develop small, lightweight operational surveillance systems which utilize minimal antenna separation and which the Government may eventually have mass produced if they successfully meet the Governments needs. The scope of this requirement incudes investigating technologies that will provide lethal and/or non-lethal approaches to neutralize sources of interference to Government systems which rely upon information provided by the Global Positioning System (GPS). This requirement is 100% small business set aside. Offerors will be required to submit both technical and cost proposals. The government intends to use oral presentations as one of the evaluation factors. The contract duration is anticipated as a three year base period and two one year option periods to be exercised at the governments discretion.
