Hartford 505-845-4661 The Department of Energy, Albuquerque Operations Office (DOE/AL) intends to procure on a sole-source basis, Consultation, Logistical Support and Coordination Services for DOE/AL's Community Transition Program. Technical assistance shall be provided to the AL staff as well as communities impacted by downsizing of facilities under AL's purview. Assistance is required in the areas of strategy and process development for expansion and management of the Community Transition Program functions. Activities include: formation assistance; strategic plan development; public involvement planning; performance measurement criteria development; and assistance with proposal reviews associated with these activities. The sole-source authority is FAR 6.302-1. The resultant Purchase Order will have a twelve-month period of performance. Anticipated award date is February 17, 1998. The recommended SIC Code is 8742 with a corresponding size standard of $5.0M.
