703/810-4796 Administrative support and facilities, with options for
development and presentation of course material, is required to support
OSIA Treaty Training, and civilian and military personnel training.
Courses will vary in length from 16 to 80 hours. OSIA expects to
conduct from 8 to 12 treaty orientation courses, and 1 to 5 civilian or
military training courses per year. Options include administrative
support and facilities for up to five 1 to 5-day seminars per year;
contractor design, development and presentation of treaty, civilian,
and military courses; video taping support; and language training
support. The contract will consist of a base year with four option
years. Administrative support includes student registration,
reproduction of study materials, safeguarding classified training
materials, conducting course evaluations, and operating audio visual
equipment. Facilities shall include an auditorium-style classroom with
writing surfaces, capable of seating up to 100 students, cleared for
up to SECRET-level discussions; as well as, three classrooms capable of
seating up to 30 students, cleared for up to SECRET-level discussions.
Classroom/auditorium space must be equipped to allow audio-visual
presentations to include 35mm slides with rear projection, use of a
Lepro 580 computer or lap top with zip drive for power point visuals,
" video tapes of good standard commercial quality, vu-graphs, opaque
materials. The contractor shall ensure that sufficient "no-cost"
parking is available in the immediate vicinity. It is desired that
hotel(s) and food services be located within ten minutes walking
distance of the facility. Transportation between the hotel and the
airport must be provided. Facilities shall be located in Northern
Virginia within a 20-mile radius of Dulles International Airport.
