The training would consist of initial, refresher and advanced courses, all of which the contractor would provide at its own facilities with its own simulator. The training would involve both classroom and "in the cockpit" instruction. The Air Force is interested in utilizing existing commercial courses, perhaps with minor adjustments, to fulfill this need.
