Work on the project includes demolition of existing doors and door frames, lighting, roofing, lead and asbestos abatement and certain other interior construction. New work includes new exterior and interior walls, two (2) accessible toilets, kitchen, meeting rooms, windows, doors and door frames, lighting, metal roofing, millwork and cabinetry, ceilings, floor finishes, fire sprinkler systems and HVAC equipment in accordance with plans and specs. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Specifications will be available on or about 16 Feb 98 at no charge until supply is exhausted.
