C -- A/E SERVICES FOR OUTPATIENT IMPROVEMENTS SOL RFP 614-33-98 DUE 022898 POC Jerry Shepherd, 901-577-7228 Provide A/E services to include preliminary plans, specifications, working drawings and cost estimates for project #614-307 "Outpatient Improvements" for the VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN 38104. This is for complete design services of approximately 15,000 square feet of renovation in several areas of the hospital which will include the relocation and expansion of several outpatient functions, exam rooms, and general treatment areas on the first floor adn other areas of the hospital. This project will have several phases from preliminary design to construction documents. Estimated construction cost is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. Geographical area for consideration is limited to a 250 mile radius of Memphis, TN. SIC code 8712 shall apply. Business size is unrestricted.
